Return & Refund Policy

 

1. Returns & Change of Mind

At Annabies, we hope you’ll love the piece you’ve chosen. Because each item is handmade, Swiss law does not require us to accept returns simply for a change of mind.
However, we choose to offer a voluntary return option under the following conditions:

• You must notify us via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving the item.

• The item must be returned in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either:

  • refund the purchase price (excluding shipping), or

  • send you a replacement of your choice (if available).

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days and include photos of the issue.

In this case:

• We will offer a replacement or a full refund of the product price.

• You remain responsible for the return shipping costs unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

This follows Swiss warranty principles for handmade goods.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

For items that are made to your specifications (size, colour variant, bespoke work), we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.
If such a piece is faulty, we will handle it under Section 2.
Please contact us before placing a custom order if you have specific requirements.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping costs (outgoing or return) are not refundable.

• If the returned item is used, damaged, or not properly packed, we may deduct a reduction in value from the refund.

5. Return Instructions

After you notify us of a return, we will email you:

• the full return address in Switzerland, and

• the return instructions.

The item must be shipped securely and with tracking.

(As Annabies is both the artist and the manufacturer, all returns must be sent directly to us.)
